MS in entrepreneurship curriculum
The course structure would vary depending upon the school and the specialisation they offer.
The core courses usually cover the fundamental business topics for entrepreneurs including marketing management, operations management, strategic management, finance for entrepreneurs, fundamentals of entrepreneurship, to name a few.
A lot of schools engage students in real-life cases, thus helping students pick up entrepreneurial skills in the process. MS in entrepreneurship – Admissions requirements
Prerequisite for MS in entrepreneurship

Some graduates may decide to start their own venture immediately on graduation while others may wish to acquire some industry experience before taking the plunge. The average salary would depend greatly on a wide variety of factors, including location, industry and type of role taken.
According to PayScale, the average US salary after MS in entrepreneurship degree is $69,000.
At HEC Paris, 75% of students launch their own start-up. The average starting salary was €51,000.
At Vlerick, the average salary was $64,768 three years after graduation.
MBA or MS in entrepreneurship
The debate would continue whether an MBA with an entrepreneurship focus or Masters in entrepreneurship would be a better option. Though an MBA offers more flexibility in terms of multiple career choices, an MS in entrepreneurship has significantly lower tuition and can be completed much faster with most of the programs having a duration of a year or lesser.
An MBA applicant would be required to have significant work experience (3-5 years or higher) while applying whereas work experience is not required for applying to most of the MS in entrepreneurship programs. MBA graduates, especially from the top-tier business schools can expect a much higher salaries than MS graduates. A lot would depend on your priorities, including career goals, time availability and budget.
