Applications for 2014-2015 batch is closed. The interviews are currently going on. You can apply for 2015-2016 batch. Usually the last date of app submission is around Aug 10. So GMAT written any date before Aug 10 should be good. But you would need the GMAT score to submit the application.

From the various forums, it seems the 1 year IIMA pgpx program does not attract very impressive placements like the time tested 2 year PGP program. I get a similar feeling when I read candidate's interview discussions - in which it is reiterated by both panel and candidates. I am yet to hear any strong confident voices on the placement. Can anyone please share the insider story - current students or alums. Thanks!

Looking at the PGPX schedule at IIMA, it seems to be very tight and rigorous. There seems to be just a couple of days in between the terms. Will we be able to take off during these breaks or will something be scheduled even then?

Hi Shiv...
I have 10 years of work experience in manufacturing industry. 2 years in Shriram pistons - process and quality, 3 years in Tata motors - Project management and 5 years in Volvo trucks - marketing
I scored 670 in gmat.
I had targeted IIM A for MBA and other top B-schools in US and UK like HBS, LBS, Instead, Kellogs..etc.
Do you think I should go ahead with applying or prepare to retake the gmat for targeting 700+ score.
