The advantage you have over others with a similar dilemma is that your immediate career goal (joining your family business) is clear.
Assuming your dad won't mind that you don't have a top university brand on your CV yet, I'd suggest diving into it immediately.
Once you get a grip of how it works overall, take charge of one specific area (like a regular employee), do a good job with it, and take on another area after that.
If you enjoy what you are doing, you won't realise how soon 2-3 years will pass. And you'll have a strong profile for the top global business schools too.
