I am from New Delhi, India. I have 6 years of experience in the legal industry. I wish to pursue MBA from the US. I have admits from 4 schools. I have narrowed down to 2 schools namely Sawyer Business School and Gabelli School of Business. I have my inclination towards Gabelli because it has a better brand name and location. However, Sawyer Business School has awarded me a scholarship of USD 20000 per year which makes it much cheaper to attend as compared to Gabelli. Further, I recently got my F-1 visa approved for Sawyer.

I can afford Gabelli Business School & can also get my visa re-issued if need be. Just want to know if it would be a practical choice to chose Gabelli over Sawyer keeping in view the MBA program quality, internship opportunities, job opportunities ?
Thanks in advance for your time and I look forward to your response.

We don't know much about either of these programs to give any insightful recommendations, Akshay. Sorry for not being of much help here.

Hello,
I have just graduated and am planning to apply to MBA schools in the next admission cycle, ie : late 2017, early 2018. I wanted to do a 1 year Spanish/French course from Delhi University but i cant decide if i should go for it or not because i am not sure if it would add any value to my MBA application. I am also planning on coupling this with volunteer work and maybe a couple of internships.
Any help would be appreciated

Thank you

Here's the list of top MBA colleges in USA that accept students without work experience.

Do read the rest of the article and other related ones on the site as well, to understand why it is not a good idea to for an MBA without experience.

Sir,
I am a working professional in petroleum industry for the last 2 years. I want to have a MBA degree in the future. But would like to know which all unis in "top 20" ranking that I can get admit into (considering next year - so a total of 3 years).
Also how will it effect in getting a job after completing the degree ( 3 year experience part).

College CGPA - 7.5/10 - NITian
Class XII - 82 %
Class X - 91 %
GMAT - about to write (expecting 720+ with mock tests done)
Not much extra-curricular achievements.
