Brainstorming (1 hour call):
Before we start the essay review & editing process, it is important to ensure that both sides are aligned on the overall approach. We use the brainstorming call to discuss the specific content for each essay for the chosen school. This is also an opportunity to tackle any any dilemmas / concerns you have about the choice of stories or how it'll all fall in place.

Essay editing (3 rounds):
In the initial rounds, we focus on the building blocks - strategy, structure, positioning, consistency. Be prepared to have your original draft ripped apart (remember that we are in this together) and tons of suggestions that you can incorporate in the essays before you send back the updated draft. We leave final round for polishing. As you go through the process, you will see a stronger, logical and impactful version emerging.

Resume review (1 round):
We start the resume review process in parallel with the essay reviews.

Recommendations review (1 round):
We wait till at least 2 drafts of the essays have been completed before initiating the recommendation reviews. This ensures that the essays, recommendations and resume content is aligned.

1st School:
We follow the same process as described in the Standard 1 school package (scroll up to view the details).

2nd School:
With the experience of the first school under your belt, you will be better prepared for the second school. So we have a shorter brainstorming session to cover any new queries you might have about the second school essays. After the call, you send across the draft essays to us. We follow the review/editing process twice.

3rd School:
The review/editing process for the third school is similar to the second school, except there's no brainstorming needed as we cover all your open queries over email.

The resume from the first school can be used for other schools as well. We also assume that your recommenders are better equipped now (after the first school experience) to know how they should fill up the responses for the other bschools. So we drop them from the scope. That helps us reduce the effort and pricing for the higher scope packages.

1st School:
This is exactly the same as the process for the 1 school package (scroll up to view the details).

2nd School:
After going through the first school process, you'd know how things work. So for the second school, a shorter phone call about the second school essays is sufficient. You'll incorporate the brainstorming ideas and shoot out the draft essays to us. The review/editing process happens three times, just like in the 1 school process.

3rd School:
The third, fourth and fifth school approach is faster, as there are two reviews. Instead of another brainstorming, we tackle all the open queries on email.

The polished resume from the first school is re-usable for other bschools too. And we assume that your recommenders are now better positioned (after the inputs from the first school) to manage the rest of the bschools independently. That helps us reduce the effort and pricing for the higher scope packages.

First session (1 hour call):
Interview Prep Phase - Before the call, we get you warmed up by sharing a representative list of questions. These are customised according to your personal details and essays. We let you take some time to prepare.
Mock Interview 1 - We then have a mock interview over the phone for 45 minutes. Here we simulate the actual conditions you are likely to encounter. This is based on our personal experience as well as our extensive knowledge-base from various batches.
Interview Feedback - Immediately after the mock interview, we provide feedback on all your responses. In addition, we share with you tips and suggestions including feedback on your overall presentation, voice modulation etc.

Second session (30 min call):
Mock Interview 2 - Within a day or two (at a mutually agreed day/time), we have a second session with additional questions to allow you to get more practice. This is also an opportunity for you to practise the ideas and techniques that we recommended in the first call. We then take on any questions/concerns you have.
Additional Practice - Before we wrap it all up, as a bonus, we will share with you a larger list of questions. These are useful for polishing your interviewing skills further.
